<p align="left">Jake and I cannot thank you enough for your guidance and support of our growth throughout the past three years.</p>
<p align="left">When WaterBear Cleaning &amp; Restoration first became More Floods members, our largest loss was $1,400 and we were averaging about 1 flood a month (roughly $4,000 in monthly income). Since implementing your programs, we now average between 15-20 floods per month and have seen multiple months with over $90,000 in income. The majority of our local insurance agents and a number of plumbers and contractors now refer our non-franchised company exclusively, as we’ve learned how to effectively build those relationships, keep clients happy, and maintain a great reputation.</p>
<p align="left">Throughout our growth, we’ve always been able to call on Cliff or Greg (owners of More Floods) for advice and support. I’ll never forget when I was meeting an adjuster on my first $60,000 claim (which can be intimidating as a 23 year-old whose largest claim prior to this was $5,000). Greg called me while he was on vacation with his family to offer advice in handling the claim and dealing with the adjuster. The adjuster liked me, accepted my bid, and paid me within a week.</p>

<p>While I was not a start-up company, I benefited greatly from the marketing programs.  Just from the plumber&#8217;s program alone, I now average at least 8 additional plumber jobs every month.  These guys have become our cheerleaders, salespersons.  As an example, one householder was calling a franchise to help with her water loss when the plumber insisted they call us.  They sold the job for us.</p>
<p>Our largest plumber referral thus far is a $23,000 water loss from a plumber who had never sent us one job before.  He convinced the owner of the apartment building to call us instead of a large franchise.</p>
<p>From another program we use from the system, we received a $49,000 water damage referral from an individual who had been consistently hearing from us with our marketing efforts.  While we had never personally met, he felt comfortable and compelled to refer this commercial loss to us.</p>
<p>More Floods I believe is a franchise encompassing many systems without the actual franchise.  All you need to do is take a hard look at the business model Power Dry to know that it really works.  As a direct result of the More Floods program, our water damage sales has more than doubled since joining in October, 2006.  And yes, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to new start-ups as well as existing businesses!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All Seasons Restorations is a division of ASR Construction located in Southern California. The company actually started in 1986 as a carpet cleaning franchise that soon discovered the lucrative nature of water damage work. With our carpet cleaning franchises performing well over a million dollars a year in carpet cleaning we just never seemed to get around to seriously attacking the water damage market with a real plan. Water damages were just bonuses on top of carpet cleaning until the industry started losing its momentum and hardwood and tile floors became the preferred consumer choice of floor coverings across the nation. This is when I realized we need to diversify or  to remain a viable and profitable company. Now that I look back, it&#8217;s almost embarrassing to admit that in 26 years of business the proper operations and marketing protocols to successfully operate a profitable water damage company were never properly put in place until I signed up with More Floods. We have literally almost doubled our water damage work in the last 4 years by following the step by step instructions and marketing formulas ascertained from the More Floods Program. My only regret is that I waited so long before joining More Floods.</p>
<p>Another real advantage to our More Floods membership is the annual More Floods Sales Meeting.  The last two years this has been held in Kansas so all the members can see first hand the Power Dry operation in action. Power Dry is the actual company from which the More Floods Marketing System is based. To say the Power Dry operation is an eye opener on how an extremely successful and profitable water damage company should be run would be a huge understatement. When I think about the Annual More Floods Sales Meeting I immediately think of great guest speakers, round table discussions, great Bar-B-Que, adult beverages, karaoke, bowling, and best of all the honest discussions with other members sharing ideas and successes freely in an attempt to help each other grow.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Property Restoration has been a proud member of More Floods since 2006.  In retrospect, I wish we had implemented more of the system, both operationally and marketing wise, earlier.  Over the past few years as we did a better job with the system, our results improved dramatically.  The office runs much smoother, our water technicians have better paper work procedures to follow to make their job easier, our customers are constantly writing glowing reviews of our people on the certificates of satisfaction and our sales force has a proven program to follow.  As the owner I am happy to see all this happening without my constant management.  I truly enjoy seeing the consistency of jobs coming in, ranging from 8 to 12 a month from the program, year round, and growing!</p>
